Account & Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information from BFast Services. This page explains what will be deleted, what we must retain by law, how to submit your request, and what to expect afterwards.

The fastest way — email us

Send your deletion request from your registered email address to privacy@bfastservices.com. Requests from any other address will be rejected so no one else can close your account.

Step-by-step guide

1. Open a new email from the email address registered with your BFast account.
2. Address it to privacy@bfastservices.com with subject line Account & Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your full name, registered email, phone, company name, and account type so we can verify your identity.
4. You'll receive an acknowledgement within 2 business days.
5. Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification.

What we delete

• Your BFast login and profile (name, email, phone, address).
• Your saved warehouses / pickup addresses.
• Your saved bank account and settlement details.
• Your saved brand assets (logos, label preferences).
• Your marketing communication consents.
• Any support conversations tied to your account.
• Your wallet balance is settled — any positive balance is refunded to your registered bank account before deletion.

What we may retain (and why)

Certain records must be retained to comply with Indian law, tax rules, and courier obligations even after your account is closed:

• Shipment records (AWB, invoice number, sender/consignee address, weight, amount) — 8 years per GST + Income Tax rules.
• Wallet ledger entries — retained as financial records.
• Courier tracking events already shared with Delhivery, Ekart, or India Post remain in their systems and are outside our control.
• Legal / dispute records — retained until the matter is closed.

After deletion

• You will no longer be able to log in.
• You will stop receiving marketing communication from BFast.
• API keys and webhook secrets tied to your account are revoked immediately.
• Any integrations (Shopify / WooCommerce / Custom / Amazon) are disconnected.
• A confirmation email is sent to your registered address once deletion is complete.

Change your mind?

You can withdraw a deletion request any time before we send the final confirmation email. Just reply to the acknowledgement thread and ask us to stop the process.
