We collect the minimum needed to operate BFast Services and deliver your shipments:

• Account details — full name, phone, email, business name.
• Shipment details — pickup address, consignee address, package weight and dimensions.
• Payment details — bank account for COD remittance (never card numbers).
• Device data — IP address, browser type, and usage patterns for security + fraud detection.

2. How we use your information

Your data is used strictly for:

• Delivering shipments through our courier partners.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Complying with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations under Indian law.
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring.
• Product improvements — always anonymized, never sold.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what's needed with:

• Courier partners (Delhivery, Ekart, India Post) — consignee address, weight, and payment mode.
• Payment processors — for wallet recharge and COD settlement.
• Government authorities — when compelled by valid legal request.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained as long as your BFast account is active. Shipment records tied to legal or tax obligations are retained for 8 years per Indian GST and Income Tax rules, even after account closure.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
