BFast credits COD collections to your registered bank account on a T+3 business day cycle. Here's what that means in practice.
How the cycle works
- T is the day the shipment is marked Delivered by the courier.
- T+1 is the next business day, and so on.
- A Monday delivery lands in your bank on Thursday. A Friday delivery lands the following Wednesday (weekends don't count).
When credit lands
The actual credit typically happens by 2 PM on the remittance day. You get an email + WhatsApp alert with the settlement details.
Where to see it
You can see individual COD payouts + which AWBs they cover in the seller panel under Finance → COD Remittance. Every payout is reconciled to individual shipments — no more manual matching.
If a payout is delayed
Usually the courier hasn't confirmed delivery on the AWB. Check the tracking status first, then reach support if the delay is more than one business day.
