How do I book my first AWB?

Booking your first AWB (Air Waybill) takes about two minutes once your account is verified. Here's the flow.

Step-by-step

1. Sign in to app.bfastservices.com with your seller credentials.
2. In the left nav, click Orders → Forward Orders. Any pending orders imported from your store show up here.
3. Select the order you want to ship. On the right, click Get AWB. You'll see a courier picker if smart routing is off, or the AWB is booked directly.
4. The AWB number is generated within 3-5 seconds and you can print the shipping label immediately.
5. The order status moves to Ready to Ship — pack your shipment and hand it to the courier at the next scheduled pickup.

Tip

If you're expecting many orders per day, enable auto-manifest so orders older than 6 hours automatically get AWBs booked in a batch.
